CEU Course Enrollment Instructions

Course: Florida Rules and Laws 2025: Midwifery Practice & Compliance
Credit: 2 CEU Hours

Step 1: Login or Create a New Account

1. Go to the Moodle login page at https://heritageschoolofmidwifery.org/.
2. Click “Click to Login Here to Access Your Courses” (center of the page)
   or use the login link at the upper right corner.
3. If you do not already have an account, scroll down and click “Create New Account.”

Step 2: Fill Out the New Account Form

Enter the following required information:

• Username (must be unique)
• Password (at least 8 characters, must include: 1 digit, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 special character such as *, -, or #)
• Email Address (enter twice to confirm)
• First Name
• Last Name
• City/Town
• Country

After completing the form, click “Create Account.”

Step 3: Pay the $30 Enrollment Fee

1. Once your account is confirmed, log back in to Moodle.
2. Navigate to the Florida Rules and Laws 2025: Midwifery Practice & Compliance course by clicking home tab and searching course below HSM logo or copying and pasting this link in your browser:
   https://heritageschoolofmidwifery.org/course/view.php?id=62
3. Click “Buy Now” or type in access code & “Apply Code”
4. Select Stripe as your payment method and complete the $30 payment.

💳 You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is successful.

Step 4: Access the Course

• After payment, you will be enrolled in the CEU course.
• You can now access all course modules, readings, quizzes, and assignments.

Step 5: CEU Certificate

1. Complete all course requirements.
2. A CEU certificate of completion will be issued by Heritage School of Midwifery.
3. The certificate will be sent via email to the address you registered with.
4. Heritage School of Midwifery will also upload your certificate directly to CE Broker for CEU credit.
